1. Definitions

• You may be required to submit copies of identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method (bank account screenshot, e-wallet verification).

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction caps.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases of technical delays, funds will be credited within 15 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
• jawa33 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.
• Deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting and gaming purposes only. jawa33 reserves the right to investigate suspicious deposit patterns and may freeze accounts suspected of money laundering or fraud.

4. Withdrawals and Account Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal from your jawa33 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but large withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments at jawa33's discretion for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as required by AML regulations. If that method is unavailable, alternative arrangements can be made through customer support.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (24/7 for most banks and e-wallets). Processing may take up to 24 hours during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
• You must complete any pending wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• jawa33 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. A 2% administrative fee applies to the 4th withdrawal and beyond within the same calendar month.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

jawa33 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification when requested.
• We detect irregular betting patterns or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have not been met.
• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The withdrawal request exceeds your available balance or includes funds from reversed or disputed deposits.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms
